Kaliwa Lodge
The lodge is situated at a height of 1300m on the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro and it is just a few minutes away from Machame Gate, the entrance to the Kilimanjaro National Park.
The small bustling town of Moshi which is roughly 20km from the lodge, can be reached easily thanks to the good tarmac roads.
The lodge has a lovely sundeck where meals are served in warm good weather, it has wonderful views of Mt Kilimanjaro when the clouds allow.
We can offer walks from 2hours to full days, exploring the river, waterfalls, village and coffee plantations.
