Ruaha & Saadani - where bush and beach truely meet
Ruaha National Park being the “Jewel of the south” in our eyes offers so much that a single safari is just not enough to fully appreciate and experience what this seldom visited National Park has to offer. The park is jam packed with amazing unique Tanzania wildlife with options to take it all in by foot if venturing out at first light on an exciting walking safari or explore the meandering game tracks by open game viewing vehicles. The difference is with the southern safari circuit is perhaps best described as far more relaxed and simple not too many other game vehicles cruising around in the parks and conservation areas. Game drives and activities are often shared with other guest and are in tune with the chosen safari camps daily planning. Ruaha is mostly reached by flying safari as distances to drive are great and with that the whole feel and style of southern safari take on a different character. As we strongly believe that variety is the spice of life the safari designers at B2B have added in Saadani National Park to complement the Ruaha experience with time to stare in wander across the Indian ocean on one side of you and with a 180 degree pirouette you face towering palms and ancient baobab trees with all Saadani’s mysteries kept behind a green curtain of vegetation. River boat safaris are very popular and rewarding and certainly a good way to spend a few hours whilst on the Wild Swahili coast – have you ever been close to a 3 - 4 meter crocodile?? Click on this itinerary and we can arrange the rest.
