Northern Circuit Highlights Off The Beaten Track
An exciting wildlife, cultural safari with a difference taking in the pure essence of Tanzania. Comfort and fine dining as you find and fit into the pace of things, taking a short excursion into the rich coffee plantations that surround the fertile soils of Arusha town. Enjoy catching a glimpse at this boiling pot of mixed cultures. The Safari adventure begins with a few nights taking you as close to nature as possible with a romantic glimpse as to what the early explorers would have experienced that past before you. An “Out of Africa” experience with a few nights under a Tanzanian star studded sky at our own mobile fly camp based in Tarangire National Park. We have selected a great balance of authentic safari tented camps and safari lodges thereafter. As you head in a clockwise direction through the northern safari circuit, take in the abundance of wildlife and impressions that will continue to present itself on each new waking day. From the Serengeti you will drop down into the Lake Natron basin to stare in wonder as to this pure wilderness location. Spend a few days of recharging the batteries and visiting the Lake with its immense population of flamingoes and invigorating waterfalls before continuing through to Isoitok camp to get a deeper understanding to Maasai culture on a grass roots level. Take in the daily lives of these nomadic people whilst soaking in the views across to Lake Manyara and The Great Rift Valley, a perfect ending to a perfect safari.
